As a Functional Aging Specialist certified by the Functional Aging Institute (FAI), I’m committed to helping you move better and feel stronger. I’m also pursuing my Master’s in Exercise Physiology, with plans to continue into a Ph.D. in Kinesiology, deepening my expertise to better serve you.
